Billing

Cancelling or downgrading your plan

Learn what happens to your QR codes and scan analytics when you downgrade.

Cancel or downgrade your plan anytime with zero lock-in or retention hoops. Your account retains paid access through the end of your billing cycle.

Cancellation process

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  2. 2Under Manage Subscription, click Cancel Subscription.
  3. 3Confirm your selection. You retain full Pro/Business features until the period ends.

What happens upon downgrading to Free

Your dynamic codes beyond the 3-code Free quota are safely paused rather than deleted. Historical analytics are preserved, and reactivating is as simple as upgrading in the future.
