Printable Google Review QR Code Stand

Paste your review link and get an A5 counter stand: five stars, "Leave us a review on Google", a QR code that opens your review box, and your business name. Print it, put it by the register, and ask every customer.

Where should the review go?

Your logo in the middle (optional)

Stays on your device.

Made in your browser. This free stand uses a static code: it opens your review link forever, but can't be changed later or tracked.

Paste your review link and your stand appears here.

Want to know which stand works?

A dynamic code per placement (counter, receipt, table) shows scans for each, and lets you change the link without reprinting.

Tracked review codes

How to make it

  1. Step 1

    Copy your review link

Google Business Profile → Ask for reviews → copy. For Yelp, Tripadvisor or Facebook, copy the review link from your profile there.

  2. Step 2

Paste it and add your name

The stand updates as you type. Add your logo if you like.

  3. Step 3

    Download or print

A5 at 300 dpi. Print on card and use a small acrylic stand.

  4. Step 4

    Test it

Scan with your phone and check the review box opens.

Where to put it

  • By the register or card reader, where the visit ends.
  • On tables, next to the bill folder or menu.
  • In the bag or box for takeout and deliveries (a smaller printout works).
  • Mention it out loud: "If you enjoyed it, there's a code here for a quick review." A spoken ask makes the biggest difference.

Ask everyone, and keep it fair

Google's review policies don't allow offering rewards for reviews or asking only happy customers. Put the stand where everyone sees it and ask every customer the same way. If you want to hear about problems privately, pair it with a feedback code that comes to you.

Free stand or tracked code?

The stand from this tool uses a static code: it opens your review link forever and needs no account, but it can't be changed or counted. With a free ScanOrbit account you can make a dynamic code instead, see how many people scan each stand, and change the link later without reprinting.

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark on the code. The stand has a small "Made free at scanorbit.app" line at the bottom.

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews) and copy the link. It usually starts with g.page/r/ and ends in /review.

Does it work for Yelp or Tripadvisor?

Yes. Pick the platform so the stand says the right name, and paste that site's review link.

Can I use Google's logo on the stand?

We don't include it. Google has its own brand guidelines for using its logo; the stand says "on Google" in text instead.

Will the code stop working?

No. It's a static code with your link inside it, so it works as long as your review link does.
