Adding your logo to a QR code

Add your logo to the center of a QR code in ScanOrbit (PNG or JPG up to 2MB), keep it scannable with high error correction, and test it before printing.

Embedding a brand logo in the center of a QR code increases brand recognition and customer trust without compromising scannability.

How to add your logo

  1. 1In the QR creator or editor, navigate to the Customize Design step.
  2. 2Locate the Logo / Icon section.
  3. 3Upload your logo image (PNG or JPG format, up to 2MB).
  4. 4Preview the generated code in real time and save your changes.

Automatic error correction upgrade

When a logo is added, ScanOrbit automatically elevates the error correction level to High (Level H, 30%). This ensures that the QR pattern retains sufficient redundancy to scan reliably despite the center modules being obscured.

Keep your logo proportions between 20% and 25% of the total QR area, and always perform test scans under varied lighting conditions before printing.
