Zapier recipe
Create QR Codes from Google Sheets Rows
Keep a sheet of products, locations or event sessions, and every new row gets its own dynamic QR code. The scan link is written back to the sheet, ready for your designer or label printer.

Frequently asked questions
Are the codes dynamic?
Yes. Create QR Code makes a dynamic code that points to a link, so you can change the destination later without reprinting.
Can I get the QR image into the sheet?
The action returns the scan URL and short code. Generate the image from the scan URL in your design tool, or download codes from your ScanOrbit dashboard.
What about hundreds of rows at once?
Zapier runs once per new row. For a large one-off batch, bulk CSV import in ScanOrbit (Pro) is quicker.
