Send Business Card Leads to Your CRM
When someone scans your digital business card and shares their details back, that lead shouldn't sit in a phone. This Zap creates the contact in your CRM straight away, with the card it came from.
When this happens
ScanOrbit: New Lead
Do this
HubSpot (or Salesforce, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign…): Create Contact
You need: ScanOrbit Business (the Zapier app is included), a Zapier account, and the ScanOrbit app added to Zapier from our invite link.
Set it up
- Step 1
Turn on lead capture on your cards
In ScanOrbit, cards can ask visitors to share their name, email and phone.
- Step 2

- Step 3
Action: your CRM → Create or Update Contact
