Hotel Room QR Codes and Digital Guest Directories
The binder on the desk is out of date in half the rooms and read by almost nobody. A QR code on a desk card opens a mobile guest directory: Wi-Fi, breakfast hours, the room service menu, spa booking and checkout. Change it once and every room is current.
Free plan: 3 dynamic codes, no time limit. Pro types free for 14 days, no card.

Example data
What the code can do
One printed code, pointing wherever you choose. Change the destination later and every printed copy follows.
Guest directory
A page with hours, amenities, phone numbers, local tips and links, edited once for every room.
Landing page QR code (Pro)Room service menu
A phone-first menu with prices you can change between services.
Restaurant menu QR code (Pro)Stay feedback
A quick private rating before checkout, so problems reach you before a public review.
Feedback QR code (Pro)Analytics
What the scans tell you
Every scan of a dynamic code is counted, with link previews and bots filtered out, so the numbers are people.
What guests look for
Taps on the directory page (Wi-Fi, breakfast, spa, checkout) show which information guests need most.
Room or floor detail
Codes per floor or room type show differences in use.
When guests use it
Arrival evenings and checkout mornings show up clearly in the timing.
Service recovery
Low feedback ratings arrive while the guest is still on site.
Reported for every code: scans over time, unique vs total, country, US state and city, iPhone vs Android, operating system, hour of day and day of week, with CSV export and a weekly email report.
Printing it so it scans
- Desk cards and tent cards: about 1.5 inches (4 cm), with "Scan for Wi-Fi, breakfast and room service".
- Use one code for the directory in all rooms, or one per floor if you want to compare.
- Laminate or use wipeable stock for housekeeping.
- Print one proof and scan it with an iPhone and an Android phone where it will hang, in that light, before printing the rest.
Set it up
- Step 1
Build the directory page
Start with Wi-Fi, breakfast, checkout and phone numbers.
- Step 2
Create a Wi-Fi code
Guest network only.
- Step 3
Print desk cards
Wipeable, with a clear call to action.
- Step 4
Update in one place
Seasonal hours change on the page, not on 200 cards.
