QR Codes for Real Estate Signs and Sign Riders
Buyers drive by at 9pm when nobody answers the phone. A QR code on the yard sign or sign rider opens the listing, the video tour or your contact card on the spot, and because it's dynamic, the same rider moves to the next listing when this one sells.
Free plan: 3 dynamic codes, no time limit. Pro types free for 14 days, no card.

What the scans tell you
Every scan of a dynamic code is counted, with link previews and bots filtered out, so the numbers are people.
Drive-by interest per listing
Each sign's scans are a real measure of street interest; export them to share with sellers.
When buyers look
Evening and weekend peaks show when drive-by buyers are out.
Which riders work
Compare sign rider designs and placements across listings.
Open house traffic
Sign-ins counted per open house, with no paper sheet to transcribe.
Reported for every code: scans over time, unique vs total, country, US state and city, iPhone vs Android, operating system, hour of day and day of week, with CSV export and a weekly email report.
Printing it so it scans
- Yard signs are read from the sidewalk or a car: make the code at least 4 inches (10 cm) wide, larger for signs set back from the road.
- Weather-proof, matte rider stock; gloss reflects headlights and sun.
- "Scan for photos and price" next to it tells people what they'll get.
- Check your brokerage and state advertising rules for what must appear on signs.
- Print one proof and scan it with an iPhone and an Android phone where it will hang, in that light, before printing the rest.
Set it up
- Step 1
One code per sign rider

Point it at the listing
Or a video tour for drive-bys.
- Step 3
Print large, weather-proof

Frequently asked questions
Can I reuse the same sign rider for every listing?
Yes. Change the code's destination for each new listing; the printed rider stays the same.
Can sellers see the scan numbers?
Export a code's scans to CSV and send them to the seller as a measure of drive-by interest.
Does it collect buyer contact details?
Only if you use a sign-in form (Pro). A listing code counts scans without identifying anyone.
