Salons, spas & barbershops

QR Codes for Hair Salons, Nail Salons and Barbershops

Clients sit in your chair for an hour with their phone in hand. A small QR code on the mirror or station card lets them rebook, follow your Instagram or leave a review before they get up, and the front desk doesn't have to ask.

Free plan: 3 dynamic codes, no time limit. Pro types free for 14 days, no card.

What the scans tell you

Every scan of a dynamic code is counted, with link previews and bots filtered out, so the numbers are people.

Rebooking from the chair

Booking-code scans per station show which stylists' clients rebook on the spot.

Which ask works

Mirror sticker vs front desk vs receipt for reviews and follows.

Busy times

Scan timing mirrors your busiest hours and days.

What clients tap

On your services page, see whether they tap Book, Call or Directions.

Reported for every code: scans over time, unique vs total, country, US state and city, iPhone vs Android, operating system, hour of day and day of week, with CSV export and a weekly email report.

Printing it so it scans

  • Mirror stickers: about 1.5 inches (4 cm), at eye level for a seated client, matte vinyl to avoid glare from salon lighting.
  • Station cards and receipts: at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide.
  • Put a short line next to the code saying what it does: "Scan to give", "Scan for the listing". A bare code gets far fewer scans.
  • Print one proof and scan it with an iPhone and an Android phone where it will hang, in that light, before printing the rest.
